ACC commissioner John Swofford said he expects the revenue gap between his conference and the Big Ten and SEC to close once the ACC Network launches in 2019. "That's why we're doing the channel," Swofford said. "We fully expect a gap with particularly the Big Ten and SEC here for a couple of years but that's the very reason we've signed to do what we're doing. We fully expect that gap will narrow considerably when we get the channel up and running."
As the ACC begins its spring meetings in Florida, conference coaches will have an opportunity to weigh in on recent rule changes by the NCAA.
