Russian cruiserweight world titlist Denis Lebedev, recently re-installed by the WBA from his “champion in recess” designation when Beibut Shumenov was stripped of his world title due to injury, will next face regular titlist Arsen Goulamirian, of France, after the sides made a deal and avoided a purse bid that had been scheduled for June 20. The date and site have not been set yet. The fight will be the undefeated Goulamirian’s first since October and Lebedev’s first since November. Goulamirian had been the organization’s interim titlist and due to face Shumenov.
