In a win over Ohio State in the second round on Saturday, Gonzaga showcased the poise we witnessed when Mark Few's team made a run to the national title game last year. With 5:14 to play in Saturday's game, the teams were tied, 67-67. Over the next three-plus minutes, however, the Bulldogs launched an 11-2 run that helped Gonzaga regain the momentum.

Gonzaga is headed to the Sweet Sixteen for the fourth straight season. The Zags overcame a 5-point deficit with 6 minutes left with a 14-2 run to put them up for good. Great comeback attempt by Ohio State which started the game down 15-0 but Gonzaga's late-game composure and ability to attack the basket was too much.

Zach Norvell Jr. has his career high in points (28), 3-pointers (6) and rebounds (10). This is his first career double-double

Gonzaga had a comfortable 11-point lead over Ohio State at halftime, but the Buckeyes gradually chipped away at that deficit by diversifying the scoring load, knocking down big shots and pressuring the Bulldogs on the perimeter. They stole the momentum, but Gonzaga has a bunch of players who fought through adversity to reach last year's title game. This moment won't intimidate them.

Gonzaga's Rui Hachimura outscored Ohio State 12-10 in the paint in the first half (6-for-6). Also the Buckeyes didn't even get their first paint bucket until 7:18 in the first half (started 0-6).
