Markus Howard (No. 33 in 2017) told me this afternoon he's still considering reclassifying to the 2016 class. "It's definitely a possibility," he said. Called it 50/50 on whether he would stay in 2017 or make the move to 2016. Arizona State, Marquette, Baylor, Indiana and Central Arkansas are the schools on his list. Howard plans on deciding on his reclassification in March -- after he finishes visiting each of the schools on his list.
