Nets make roster moves

The Nets signed G Tahjere McCall and F Kamari Murphy, the team announced Thursday. Brooklyn also waived G Milton Doyle, G Jeremy Senglin and F Akil Mitchell. Both McCall and Murphy played for the Nets' Las Vegas Summer League team.

The Nets have announced that they have exercised the 3rd year option for Caris LeVert ($1.7M) and 4th year options on Rondae Hollis-Jefferson ($2.5M) and D'Angelo Russell ($7M). All three options are for the 2018-19 season.

The Nets announced they've picked up the fourth-year options on D'Angelo Russell and Rondae Hollis-Jefferson as well as Caris LaVert's third-year option, keeping the young trio under contract through 2018-19. As the former No. 2 overall pick, Russell had the priciest option, at just over $7 million.
