Earl Thomas on differences between the Ravens and Seahawks defenses: "This defense is very complex compared to what we were doing in Seattle. We were just playing Cover-3 all the time. Now, we're making calls on the fly. That's the biggest adjustment for me."

Ravens offensive coordinator Greg Roman on the strides Lamar Jackson has made: "Lamar is the kind of guy, the more he does something, he's going to get better at it. I think everything has really elevated. It's got to keep elevating, too."

Justin Tucker nailed kicks from 63 and 58 yards to redeem himself on what had been a rare off day for the NFL's most accurate kicker. Tucker had missed three field goals from 48, 48 and 60 yards. He took his frustration out on those last two kicks, which sailed through the uprights.

Lamar Jackson had a rough day in red zone drills, throwing two interceptions (both by Terrell Bonds). This came after Jackson had only been picked off once in the four previous practice sessions open to the media.

Ravens Defensive coordinator Wink Martindale on the defense losing Terrell Suggs, Eric Weddle and C.J. Mosley this offseason: "Transition could be substituted for mourning. It's like that Avengers movie, that Thanos guy snapped his finger and you're like, Where did everybody go?"
