Rams QB Jared Goff, on the upcoming game against the Seahawks: "It's obviously going to be a big one. A big one for us, a big one for them."

Rams coach Sean McVay said he scrapped a traditional practice and staged a walkthrough for a second straight Wednesday to keep players "as fresh as possible for what we know is going to be another physical game on Sunday." Seahawks did the same. Rams will go full speed on Thursday and Friday. McVay's Redskins teams also did this late in the year.

The Rams will have full-on practices Thursday and Friday. Is there anything Robert Woods needs to test with his shoulder? "Naw, I'm good. I'm ready for Sunday. I've been waiting on this."

The Rams had an open spot on their active roster, and they filled it by promoting DB Isaiah Johnson from the practice squad. More depth in their secondary with CB Kayvon Webster (ruptured Achilles) out for the year. CB Marcus Sayles was added to the practice squad.

Rams announced they will not practice on Wednesday. Instead, they will hold a walk-through (like last week, which was a result of the air quality from nearby fires).
