In addition to Gerald Hodges, the Seahawks also hosted LB Terence Garvin for a visit today, according to ESPN's Field Yates. Garvin, 27, spent last year in Washington and was with the Pittsburgh Steelers the previous three seasons. He has appeared in 59 games but has just one start under his belt. The Seahawks went into this offseason in need of a starting SAM LB, along with more depth behind Bobby Wagner and K.J. Wright. They've already signed Arthur Brown but are clearly still looking for more options to compete for roster spots.

One player who really turned heads today at USF pro day was offensive lineman Kofi Amichia. Weighed in at 304, benched for 32 reps, recorded a 9'6" broad jump, 33.5 vertical and a 4.96 40. Tweaked his hamstring midway through that sprint but should be okay. He's drawn interest from the Packers, Colts, Chiefs, Titans and Seahawks.

The Seahawks have made the signings of TE Luke Willson and offensive lineman Oday Aboushi official. Willson has been with the Seahawks since 2013 and is in place to be the No. 2 tight end behind Jimmy Graham. Aboushi has started 18 games in three seasons. He spent the last two years with the Texans and will likely compete for playing time at guard.

Offensive lineman Oday Aboushi announced on Twitter that he is signing with the Seahawks. Aboushi, 25, has started 18 games in the past three seasons at guard. Originally a fifth-round pick in 2013, Aboushi began his career with the New York Jets before joining the Houston Texans in 2015. That year, Aboushi was suspended one game for violating the league's substance abuse policy. He will likely fill a backup role but will have an opportunity to compete for playing time.

The Seahawks have signed LB Arthur Brown in an attempt to add depth to their linebacking corps. Brown was originally a second-round pick by the Ravens in 2013, but he disappointed there and was let go after the 2015 season. Brown spent time with the Jaguars and Jets last year but didn't make an impact. He's never started a game in his four-year NFL career. Pete Carroll said the Seahawks wanted to get better depth at linebacker this offseason. They let Brock Coyle walk in free agency, and Brown will compete for a backup roster spot behind Bobby Wagner and K.J. Wright.
